The best time is right after a service went well, while the emotion is still fresh. Don't be shy: “If you liked it, I'd be grateful for a short review — it helps a lot.” Most people gladly agree if you simply ask.

Respond — even to negative feedback
A thank-you for a good review shows attention. And a calm, polite reply to criticism often makes a better impression than the review itself: future clients see that you are reachable and that you resolve issues.
